Property Marketing & Letting

Once the initial appraisal has been carried out on your rental property, our lettings department will prepare a suitable marketing plan and ensure that your property is let in as quick a timeframe as possible whilst adhering to our strict tenant selection process. We will also keep you informed of all landlord requirements and can arrange for safety checks and local authority registration to be carried out on your behalf. Our property letting department will also carry out a ‘Find a Tenant’ service for those landlords who have the time to manage their own properties.

Property Management & Maintenance

Lomond have excellent ties with many local contractors, this allows us to react quickly and ensure any issues or maintenance problems are dealt with in as quick a timeframe possible. We aim to ensure repairs are carried out as cost effectively as possible whilst causing minimal diruption to tenants. As part of our on going management process – periodic inspections will be carried out by our property manager and where required professional inventories can be prepared for furnished properties. Our management department will also oversee the renewal of all lease agreements and implement rent increases where required.

Tenant Check Outs: Working closely with the maintenance department to ensure that at check out the property has been maintained to the same standard as when it was let. Our check out team will inspect each property and complete a check out form with the tenants. Any repairs or cleaning required will be instructed by the check out team prior to re marketing or new tenants are due to move in.
