Office and Staff
All Lomond branches were closed on 23rd March, and as a result staff are now working remotely. To minimise disruption, all office phones are now on divert, so please continue to use the same method of contact if any assistance or advice is required. Our software and technology platforms allow us to operate seamlessly from home, enabling us to service any vendor, landlord or tenant enquiries, whilst maintaining day to day management of all business.

If you have symptoms
It is important to let your housemates/family and any potential visitors to the property know if you are symptomatic/self-isolating. It is also vital to communicate this to the lettings team if a contractor is required to attend for any emergency repair. Please see the NHS website for guidance on what to do.

Sources of Help & Assistance
Tenants affected by Coronavirus can claim, if eligible, for Universal Credit from the Department for Work and Pensions. The UK Government has introduced some temporary changes to make this easier. Further information is available on their website: www.gov.uk/universal-credit

Viewings, Inspections & Repairs
Until further notice routine inspections and all viewings are suspended. They will be re-scheduled when movement restrictions are relaxed.
If you have an emergency repair, please contact us immediately on 01292 280855. We will confirm if you, or anyone you live with, is displaying any symptoms of COVID – 19, as per the government guidelines. Our external contractors will safely arrange access with you.
